Do you thrive on leading from the front, shaping behaviours, and embedding best-in-class safety standards across operations </p> <p>We’re looking for a <b>Dutch and English-speaking Health & Safety Lead, </b> internally known as the Site H&S Lead, to take ownership of safety performance at our Bornem Manufacturing Plant. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership, champion our <b>Zero Harm philosophy </b>, and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. </p> <p>This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence culture, performance, and continuous improvement across a dynamic production environment. </p> <h3>Experience & Capability </h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of local HSE legislation and regulatory frameworks. </li> <li><b>IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or Belgian Preventieadviseur Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (or equivalent) </b> </li> <li>Experience managing HSE systems, audits, and compliance processes. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive safety improvements and corrective actions. </li> <li>Experience leading incident investigations and implementing preventative measures. </li> </ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr
